All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. However, unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
We reserve the right to correct any publishing errors.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING

International airmail orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The delivery of these orders are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. SUDO will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

ADDITIONAL IDENTIFICATION

Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. The transmission of this information to SUDO may affect estimated delivery times. SUDO reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.

CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL DUTY

While Australian tax (G.S.T.) is removed from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local Custom’s duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

SUDO must be contacted prior to the return of any goods.
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange products in original sale condition on presentation of the original sales docket within 14 days. Sale items, delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error or garment fault. Further delivery costs may be incurred on exchange of products.

OVERSEAS RETURNS

SUDO must be contacted prior to the return of any goods. Where a refund of goods is payable all items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense. Upon receipt of the returned goods SUDO will:
Refund the original cost of goods (excluding the initial delivery charge) to the original credit card used to place the order.
No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and SUDO.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted by phone before we dispatch and must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

PRIVACY POLICY

SUDO is strongly committed to protecting your privacy while interacting with our content, products and services. We want to provide a safe and secure environment for you.
This policy applies only to SUDO and not to other companies’ or organisations’ websites to which SUDO is linked.
Information is collected from you primarily to make it easier and more rewarding for you to use our services.
SUDO automatically gathers anonymous information to monitor the use of the SUDO website, like the numbers and frequency of visitors.
SUDO will only use the personal information you have chosen to provide us for the purpose for which you provided it. SUDO will not use it for any other purpose without your consent.

SUDO may be required by law to disclose the information, or SUDO may be required to disclose your personal information to third parties to provide the service you have requested, for example, if you purchase products online from SUDO, SUDO will need to disclose your personal information to third parties in order to bill and deliver your products. Otherwise than stated above, we do not disclose personal information that you may give us, such as your name, address, email address or telephone number, to any organisation or person outside SUDO unless you have authorised us to do so.
Under no circumstances will SUDO sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information.
At no stage does SUDO record any of your billing details such as credit card numbers and/or Paypal accounts. All financial transactions are handled by Paypal.
